Licensed as a sales representative 1985. Worked at Royal LePage in the Don Mills branch. Moved to Hamilton in 1988 to manage a new RLP branch office. Joined the Hamilton real estate board in 1988. Became a broker in 1989. Managed a branch office in Grimsby 1991-1994. Returned to Hamilton and joined the sales team here in late 1994.
